The Swedish tools, industrial consumables and components, and related services provider Bergman & Beving AB said on Wednesday (14 June) that its Finnish subsidiary Ruuska Group Oy has agreed to acquire industrial reseller Altepa Oy.
Altepa Oy supplies tools, personal protection equipment, welding and fastening elements, and other industrial consumables in Western Finland. The company has five employees and annual revenues of approximately EUR1.3m.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.69 British pounds (GBP).
