The Swedish magnesium die-casting technology company TMG International AB said on Wednesday (13 September) that it has completed its acquisition of German vehicle components maker Zitzmann Druckguss GmbH.
The purchase price was EUR10.8m in cash.
Zitzmann Druckguss has 140 employees and reported a turnover of EUR16m in 2005.
One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.67 British pounds (GBP).
