Swedish industrial group Trelleborg AB said on Tuesday (15 August) that it has completed its acquisition of the Norwegian company Mehren Rubber AS.
Mehren Rubber is a contract manufacturer of oil well packers. It has 30 employees and annuals sales of approximately SEK65m.
The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
