The Swedish media and broadcasting group Modern Times Group MTG AB said on Friday (30 June) that it has agreed to acquire Slovenian commercial free-to-air TV broadcaster Prva TV doo.
The purchase price is EUR8.1m.
The PRVA TV channel was re-branded and relaunched in June 2005. It reaches 83% of Slovenia's viewer households.
One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.69 British pounds (GBP).
