The Danish printing and publishing company Norhaven A/S said on Saturday (14 January) that it had completed the negotiations regarding its acquisition of the Polish paper factory Skolwin and the UK company Creative Print and Design Group. No details have been disclosed, but Norhaven said earlier in January that the acquisition of Creative Print and Design Group is part of Norhaven's plans to launch production of low-price books in the United Kingdom.
