The Danish printing and publishing house Norhaven A/S announced on Monday (9 January) that it is in talks regarding the acquisition of a smaller UK cover producer. The proposed acquisition is part of Norhaven's plans to launch production of low-price books in the United Kingdom. Norhaven said that it did not expect the acquisition or the launch of the planned new production to affect its results for 2006.
