The Swedish trading, market making and brokerage technology provider Orc Software AB announced on Wednesday (27 September) that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of the Australian company Cameron Systems.
The final purchase price amounted to USD30.8m.
Cameron is the world's leading provider of Financial Information Exchange (FIX) messaging platforms.
One US dollar (USD) is worth approximately 0.52 British pounds (GBP).
