The Swedish technical consulting services group AB Angpanneforeningen (AF Group) said on Monday (3 April) that it has agreed to acquire Industriell Miljokontroll AB (IMKAB).
IMKAB works within emission inspection and monitoring and has seven employees.
The acquisition further consolidates AF Group as a consulting services supplier to the Swedish process industry.
No financial details were disclosed.
