Swedish property investor Aberdeen Property Investors, part of London-listed Aberdeen Asset Management (LSE: ADN), said on Monday (6 November) that it has divested its Swedish property services company Aberdeen Property Investors Services.
Aberdeen Property Investors Services was acquired by the Swedish housing developer Riksbyggen for an undisclosed sum.
In connection with the transaction Aberdeen Property Investors also signed a framework contract for property services with Riksbyggen.
Aberdeen Property Investors Services has about 50 employees, some of whom will remain with Aberdeen Property Investors.
Aberdeen Property Investors is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, but also has operations in the other Nordic countries, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom.
