The Swedish property company Akelius Fastigheter AB said on Friday (30 June) that its German subsidiary Akelius GmbH has agreed to acquire a portfolio of 107 apartments in Berlin, Germany.
All apartments are located in Berlin's Zehlendorf area.
No details have been disclosed.
