The Swedish property company Akelius Fastigheter AB said on Monday (27 March) that it has acquired 12 properties in Umea in Sweden. The properties were acquired from City-fastigheter i Umea Invest AB for an undisclosed sum. The transaction covers 28,538 square metres of residential facilities and 2,011 square metres of other facilities.
