Swedish property company Akelius Fastigheter AB said on Thursday (11 January) that it has agreed to acquire a residential property in central Lulea, Sweden.
The property, comprising 482 rental apartments of a total of 33,300 square metres, is being sold by the private owner Hilding Holmqvist.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
Akelius Fastigheter, headquartered in Danderyd, Sweden, is one of Swedens largest privately held property owners. The company owns some 28,000 apartments from Haparanda in northern Sweden to Erlangen in Germany.
