The Swedish property company Akelius Fastigheter AB said on Wednesday (24 May) that it has agreed to acquire 13 properties for elderly housing from the municipality of Halmstad.
The purchase price is SEK730m and covers housing totalling 61,000 square metres.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
