The Finnish supply chain software provider Aldata Solution Oyj said on Monday (3 July) that it has agreed to acquire the outstanding 2.7% of the share capital of its French subsidiary Aldata Solution SA. Aldata Solution is acquiring the shares from OI Synform Actionnariat for approximately EUR1.15m. After the transaction Aldata Solution SA will be wholly-owned by Aldata Solution Oyj. One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.69 British pounds (GBP).
