The Swedish-Danish dairy group Arla Foods announced on Thursday (15 June) that it has outsourced its IT operations to IBM on a seven-year agreement.
As part of the agreement 130 Arla Foods employees in Denmark and Sweden will transfer to IBM. The outsourcing agreement will not lead to redundancies.
The contract is valued at DKK2bn.
One Danish krone (DKK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
