The Swedish online betting exchanges market maker Betting Promotion Sweden AB said on Tuesday (30 May) that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire 50% of the share capital of Canadian company Game Storm Corporation.
Betting Promotion will acquire half of Game Storm for a purchase consideration of USD1m, in addition to which Betting Promotion will invest a further USD2.5m in development and marketing of a new concept.
One US dollar (USD) is worth approximately 0.56 British pounds (GBP).
