Scandinavian airline SAS said on Monday (12 December) that its Finnish subsidiary Blue1 was continuing its expansion program in connection with the summer traffic program starting March 2006. Three new Boeing MD-90 aircraft would join the fleet and the amount of destinations would grow from 14 to 25. Blue1 would open daily connections to destinations as London, Zurich and Warsaw but also with flights to tourist destinations in southern Europe such as Athens, Rome, Nice and Barcelona.
