The Norwegian office equipment supplier Andvord Tybring-Gjedde ASA announced on Tuesday (29 August) that Dutch supplier Buhrmann NV will make a voluntary offer for all shares of the company.
Buhrmann will offer NOK9.40 per share, which represents a 36% premium and values Andvord Tybring-Gjedde at NOK2,021m.
The board of Andvord Tybring-Gjedde has expressed its preliminary support for the offer.
One Norwegian krone (NOK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
