The Norwegian shipping group Camillo Eitzen & CO ASA said on Monday (26 June) that it has acquired the remaining 51% of the share capital of French chemical tankers operator Navale Francaise SAS.
The transaction is based on an option agreement signed in June 2004.
No details were disclosed.
