The Finnish cargo handling solutions provider Cargotec Corporation said on Friday (1 September) that its container handling solutions business Kalmar has agreed to acquire the related service business of South African group African National Engineering.
The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquired operations will be merged with Kalmar's South African company Kalmar Industries South Africa (Pty) Ltd.
