The proposed deal covers 35,000 square metres located in Trelleborg, Skara, Skovde, Falkoping, Eskilstuna and Strangnas. The sales price is SEK240m. The transaction reflects Catenas strategy to focus on the main metropolitan regions in the Nordic countries. Catena, headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, owns, manages and develops commercial properties. The company was listed on the Nordic Exchange in Stockholm in April 2006.
