Cham Paper Group completed the sale of Cartiera di Locarno SA, Tenero/Ticino, Switzerland

Cham Paper Group, which is owned by Industrieholding Cham AG, announced today that its subsidiary Cartiera di Locarno SA has been sold to Coop Immobilien AG. The sale covers the entire factory site and buildings of Cartiera di Locarno SA. It has been agreed not to disclose the selling price.

The sale is part of the plan for closure of the manufacturing plant at Tenero, in the canton of Ticino, Switzerland, that was announced in May 2006. The Tenero plant will be kept in operation as a production plant of Papierfabriken Cham-Tenero AG until it is finally closed in the first quarter of 2007.
