Finnish real estate investment company Citycon Oyj said on Thursday (31 August) that it had completed the acquisition of the Swedish real estate companies Liljeholmsplan Fastighets AB, Liljeholmsplan Bostadsfastigheter AB and Liljeholmstorget Development Services AB.

These companies own a 20,000 square metre office and commercial building and building rights for a new shopping centre in Liljeholmen, Stockholm.

The debt-free purchase price was previously set at SEK570m.

One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
