The Norwegian enterprise communication solutions developer and operator Consorte Group ASA said on Friday (7 April) that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Intelecom AS from Ahlsell Norge AS, part of the Swedish group Ahlsell AB.
Intelecom is a supplier of turnkey voice and infrastructure solutions to the Norwegian enterprise and public service segments. The company has 100 employees in seven locations in Norway.
Intelecom was created through a de-merger within Nexans Distribusjon AS, acquired by Ahlsell from Nexans in 2005.
No financial details have yet been disclosed.
