The Danish building materials provider Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S (DLH Gruppen) said on Friday (1 September) that it has completed the acquisition of Swedish sheet materials distributor Ljungbergs.
The acquisition, announced initially in July, covers Karl Ljungberg AB and its Norwegian subsidiary Ljungberg AS.
The acquired operations have 30 employees and an annual turnover of approximately DKK300m.
One Danish krone (DKK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
