A group of Danish local banks announced on Monday (29 May) an agreement to establish a joint leasing company.
The new company will begin operations in the third quarter, and will focus on offering leasing as a financing alternative to corporate customers.
The banks involved in the project include DiBa Bank, Lokalbanken in Nordsjaelland, Lollands Bank, Mons Bank, Skaelskor Bank, Totalbanken and Vordingborg Bank.
