The Norwegian offshore supply vessels operator Deep Sea Supply ASA said on Monday (9 October) that it has agreed to sell its 20% stake in a four-vessel newbuilding programme at the Cochin Shipyard in India to a German buyer.
The newbuilding programme covers four platform supply vessels (PSVs) of the design UT 755 LN.
Deep Sea Supply acquired the stake in June for approximately USD3.1m as an "opportunistic investment".
Deep Sea Supply has not yet revealed its gain from transaction.
One US dollar (USD) is worth approximately 0.52 British pounds (GBP).
