The Norwegian subsea services provider DeepOcean ASA said on Monday (2 October) that it has completed its acquisition of the United Kingdom based marine trenching company CTC Marine Projects Ltd.
The purchase price, excluding debt, comprises a fixed payment of GBP45.8m in cash and shares, and additional payments of up to GBP14.2m based on future performance.
