European aerospace, defence and related services provider EADS said on Monday (29 May) that its subsidiary EADS Defence & Security Systems had entered into agreement with the Danish defence company Terma A/S.

The companies aim join forces to extend their established cooperation in defence, particularly in the fields of Command & Control, Air Defence, Electronic Warfare, Future Soldier Systems and radar technology.
