The Swedish e-commerce solutions and services provider Eastpoint AB said on Monday (2 October) that it has completed its acquisition of the IT consulting company Addmind IT-solutions AB.
The two companies will merge and continue operations under the name Addmind.
The deal was initially announced in August.
