The assignment award entails a contract for three years with a possible one year extension. The new contract commences on 2006-10-01 when the old contract expires.
"Production of this kind of printed matter places extremely high demands on good precision, a high level of service and delivery reliability. During our twenty-five years of collaboration Elanders has definitely met these demands and we are happy we can continue working together for another three years," says Lars Holm, the Swedish Parliament.
The contract comprises printing production of bills and official letters and memorandums from the government; motions, proposals, reports, protocol, committee reports as well as pronouncements to other committees; pronouncements and protocol from the Advisory Committee on European Affairs, parliamentary official letters and registers.
