Swedish telecomms solutions provider Ericsson said on Thursday (7 September) that the music video channel MTV would use its Internet Payment eXchange (IPX) solution for messaging and payment in the Baltic countries, supporting the launch of local MTV stations in the region.
MTV would utilise the premium payment service to support entertainment and content services that it provides in conjunction with its music video channel.
MTV is already using Ericsson IPX as its supplier in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
