Norwegian real-time search technology provider Fast Search & Transfer ASA (FAST) said on Tuesday (30 August) that it had entered into an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) partnership with the US e-mail lifecycle management company IntelliReach Corporation. The OEM partnership aims to enhance the search capabilities of IntelliReach's next-generation messaging management system. Under the partnership IntelliReach's solution would be integrated with FAST InStream, an OEM-specific enterprise search solution developed specifically to meet the application-based search requirements of independent software vendors (ISVs). IntelliReach plans to integrate FAST's enterprise search solution into its next-generation policy-based message management system, scheduled for introduction later this year, the company said.
