The Norwegian real-time search solutions provider Fast Search & Transfer ASA said on Thursday (6 April) that it has signed an OEM agreement with the software developer Ecometry Corporation.
The agreement covers the integration of FAST Instream into Ecometry's commerce software solutions.
The value of the agreement was not disclosed, but Fast Search & Transfer said that it is based on fees for software licences, and maintenance and professional services.
