Finnish aluminium boat maker Silver-Veneet Oy has reportedly been sold to a group of Finnish investors.
The buyer was the Finnish company Priline Oy, whose owners include Primace Partners Oy and two owners of the SoliferPolar Group.
The owners aim to improve the company's market position in the Nordic countries and also strengthen its position in the Russian market, reported the online edition of the Finnish business newspaper Taloussanomat.
