The Swedish IT company FormPipe Software AB said on Thursday (29 June) that it has agreed to acquire case and document handling solutions provider ALP Data i Linkoping AB (ALP Data).
The purchase consideration comprises SEK10m in cash and 454,545 new shares of FormPipe Software, as well as a possible additional payment of 454,546 shares based on future performance.
ALP Data reported a turnover of SEK17.7m in 2005.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
