The Swedish IT company FormPipe Software AB said on Friday (1 September) that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of ALP Data i Linkoping AB.
The acquisition makes FormPipe Software Sweden's leading provider of case and document handling solutions.
FormPipe Software acquired ALP Data for SEK10m in cash and 454,546 new shares.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
