The Swedish car warranty company Fragus Group AB said on Wednesday (6 September) that it has agreed to acquire the e-trading site mp3-kungen.se for an undisclosed sum.
Fragus Group said that the acquisition will give it a fully developed and operational online platform suitable for its own warranty-related activities.
The acquisition will result in synergy effects as well as offering new possibilities, Fragus Group said.
