The Swedish medical technology company Gambro AB said on Tuesday (9 May) that it has agreed to acquire Swedish company Hemapure AB for an undisclosed sum.
Hemapure has developed a port system for vascular access for renal patients, but the company is still in early phase.
The acquisition will broaden Gambro's portfolio for vascular access solutions.
