The Swedish locking and security products supplier Gunnebo AB said on Monday (11 September) that it has acquired Finnish gate and door automatics, and access control systems supplier Oy Aysec Ab.
The acquisition price was not disclosed.
Aysec has 11 employees and an annual turnover of approximately EUR2.7m.
The acquisition strengthens Gunnebo's position in Finland and enables it to offer more complete and efficient security solutions.
One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.67 British pounds (GBP).
