Baar (Switzerland) - The Board of Directors of Sika AG, Baar, has appointed Mr. Axel Ritzberger as new Project Head of the Sika Sarnafil cooperation. Mr. Ritzberger will also head the Roofing business area, which will comprise the joint membrane business. Mr. Ritzberger will report directly to Ernst Bärtschi, CEO of Sika AG.
Mr. Ritzberger (41) joined Sarnafil in 1994 and has held various executive positions at the company, including the role of managing director of Sarnafil Germany. In his most recent position he headed the Europe business region. Mr. Ritzberger's appointment takes effect immediately. -END-
