Gouda, The Netherlands, 7 July 2006 - Imtech N.V. (technical services provider in Europe) declares that the in May 2006 announced acquisition of the Industrial Maintenance Unit of Emmtec Services (part of Nuon Business) has become final.
Imtech will take over all current activities and maintenance contracts as well as the staff, which consists of some 70 staff. The Industrial Maintenance Unit of Emmtec Services is specialized in mechanical engineering and maintenance services and provides industrial services for the companies located at the EMMTEC Industry & Business Park in Emmen.
The acquisition will further reinforce Imtech's portfolio, expanding its activities in the field of mechanical engineering and maintenance services. It fits in with Imtech's strategy of further growth in the industrial market in the Netherlands.
