The Finnish aluminium products and components manufacturer Nordic Aluminium Plc, a subsidiary of Oy Lival Ab, said on Monday (8 May) that it would start personnel negotiations due to production restructuring.
The negotiations would be held to clarify the company's long-term operational continuance, and to specify the eventual effects of the restructuring on employees, the company said.
The negotiations would concern the factory workers in Kirkkonummi, Finland.
