The Norwegian hotel property company NorGani Hotels ASA said on Monday (20 March) that it has agreed to sell Comfort Hotel Nobel in Molde, Norway to its current operator and a group of investors. The sales price is NOK23.5m, which exceeds the book value by NOK3.7m. Comfort Hotel Nobel is the smallest hotel in NorGani Hotels' portfolio with only 49 rooms. One Norwegian krone (NOK) is worth approximately 0.08 British pounds (GBP).
