The Norwegian hotel operator Norlandia Hotels & Resorts said on Friday (2 June) that it has acquired a third of the share capital of Guard Hotell AS, the owner of Norlandia Oslo Airport Hotell.
Norlandia Hotels & Resorts acquired the shares for an undisclosed sum through its subsidiary Hospitality Invest AS.
After the acquisition Guard Hotell is equally-owned by Norlandia Hotels & Resorts, Larshus AS and Utstillingsplassen AS.
Norlandia Oslo Airport Hotell, built in 1999, has 153 rooms.
