Finnish consulting and engineering company Poyry Plc said on Tuesday (29 August) that its Infrastructure & Environment business group had increased its ownership in Entec A.S., Estonia.
Poyry Environment Oy's ownership has been increased from the previous 42% to 67% of Entec's shares.
Entec's net sales amount to about EUR1.0m and it has 30 employees.
The acquisition price was not disclosed.
One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.68 British pounds (GBP).
