The Swedish electronic retail display and information systems supplier Pricer AB said on Thursday (6 July) that it has agreed to sell its 51% holding in Indian software company Appulse Retail Software Solutions Private Ltd to the current minority shareholders.
Appulse develops software for Pricer's electronic shelf label system. The company has 56 employees and reported revenues of SEK8.5m in 2005.
Pricer is divesting the shares at book value.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
