The Nordic property leasing company RBS Nordisk Renting, part of The Royal Bank of Scotland, said on Wednesday (21 June) that it has agreed to acquire the Swedish maritime administration's 15,000 square metre headquarters from Mattssons Fastighetsutveckling AB.
The property will be leased to its current occupant on a 15-year agreement.
No financial details were disclosed.
