The Swedish sawn timber and timber products group Rorvik Timber AB said on Friday (30 June) that it has agreed to sell its garden products brand Jabo Wood Products to Stevert AB.
The sales price was not disclosed, but Rorvik Timber said that the transaction will result in a pre-tax profit of SEK12m.
Stevert plans to successively transfer the operations and personnel involved to its own facilities.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
