The Norwegian bank Sandnes Sparebank said on Wednesday (24 May) that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire property broker M2 Eiendomsmegling AS in Oslo, Norway.
Sandnes Sparebank is to acquire 91% of the share capital of M2 Eiendomsmegling.
No financial details were disclosed.
M2 Eiendomsmegling is unrelated to M2 Communications Ltd, the publisher of Nordic Business Report.
